Scheduling Representative

The Scheduling Rep role is a key element of our customer journey from ‘lead’ to ‘in-home product presentation’ using our industry leading multi-channel communications platform.

Scheduling Rep

As a Scheduling Rep, You Will:

  • Take inbound calls to book appointments
  • Sell the value of the visit
  • Set the lead to convert the sale
  • Sell the Opportunity
  • Be available to work scheduled shifts within a 7-day period, between 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri, and 9am - 5pm Sat - Sun.

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time remote positions available
Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, On call, Weekends availability
